Submit Your Photos!
Okay, I'm tired of using editorial fake tattoo sleeves
pictures on the site, aside from the one pic I took that I used
for the header photo. I want to dress up the site with reader
pics and really flip out the looks of this site. If you
have personal pictures of you wearing fake tattoo sleeves and
you don't mind them appearing on this site, you're welcome
to email them in.
When you do, please specify the following things:
1. Gallery Only - Say 'gallery only'
somewhere in your message if you only want your pics to
appear on the gallery page (which I'll set up when I start
receiving pics).
OR:
2. Use Anywhere - Say 'use
anywhere' somewhere in your message, if you want your picture
to appear in the gallery AND you don't mind it showing up
around the rest of the site; I like to dress up the site with
little side pics and photo montages on each page.
3. Permissions/Model Release - Let's not get
anal here. Use a clear head. If the picture is of you,
I print out all emails for photos sent in, and that
printout will serve as a permission that you allow me to
use the photo/s. If the photo includes someone else, I'll crop
them out unless I do have a permission from them too. You never
know who doesn't want to have their image on the net, so try
get me pictures of just you.
4. Name, Age, Comment - None of these
is necessary, but if you want to you can tell me
to include your first name (only, no last names), age,
city, any of these you like and I'll include it under your pic.
You can also write a short descriptive sentence or paragraph if
you like, anything you want to say about your sleeves or a
funny happening with them, and I'll post that under your
pic.
That's it! Aside from the terms layed out in my Privacy
Policy page, I'll add: I will not use any reader-submitted
photos for commercial gain, other than simply using them to
dress up this website and for the picture gallery. I won't use
them in any for-sale way such as posters, designs, or anything
else. But, like any website, you must be aware that other
visitors might download your pictures from my site, and I can't
be responsible for what others do with them.
But really: send them in, use discretion, I will too, and
it'll be great. The more interesting your pictures, the better.
Try for something cool, rather than just a close up of your
arm; a few of those are okay, but a photo of you out
of control upside down with a skateboard half up your arse and
you just about to pile into a greased box of spikes while your
GF is throwing an ice cream cone at you, that kind of thing
would be pretty. Just don't harm yourself for the sake of a
pic, I do enough of that already for all of us.
Send any pics in via the Contact Us email please. I ain't
going to get fancy and make you sign up for anything or get an
account or whatever. Just email it and that's all. I don't send
you any junk mail at all, ever. I'll just give you one return
email to confirm I received your pic/s. Thx
